Bids and Requests for proposals
Welcome to the City of Tualatin bids and requests for proposals (RFPs) webpage. When projects are "sent out to bid," they will be advertised here as well as in the Daily Journal of Commerce. After a bid is advertised, its plan holders list will be updated every weekday by 4:00 p.m. until the bids are due. Bids will then be publicly opened and read aloud immediately following the Bid Closing (the due date). After a Bid is "closed", the final bid results will be updated to this webpage.

Request for Proposals for Website Redesign, Development, & Implementation ProjectThe City of Tualatin, Oregon is soliciting Requests for Proposals (RFP) from qualified, experienced firms to redesign, develop and implement it's City website (www.ci.tualatin.or.us). The goals of this website redesign project are as follows:
As the current website is challenging to navigate for citizens and businesses interested in locating to Tualatin and cumbersome for staff to maintain, the new site should be intuitive, flexible, interesting and easy for City staff to maintain. The redesigned site should have a theme that promotes the City with a welcoming, friendly, and professional feel. The City will be in charge of content management and will own all content. Upon completion and acceptance of the project structure and design, the website will become the domain of the City of Tualatin. |

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS - PUBLIC INVOLVEMENT CONSULTANT The City of Tualatin is seeking statement of qualifications from an innovative and savvy consultant or team to assist in the design, development, and implementation of the Public Involvement Plan. Such a plan will be used for the City's Transportation System Plan update, but it should be transferrable to interrelated land use and transportation planning projects occurring simultaneously. This public involvement plan should be designed to elicit diverse participation and actively engage the Tualatin community, City Council members, and other key stake holders in planning processes. |

Request for Proposals for Professional Services to Refine the Town Center Plan The City of Tualatin requests proposals from qualified consultants, individuals, firms or teams to assist the City in preparing the Final Tualatin Town Center Plan (TCP). The overall goal of this project is to refine the Draft TCP that was accepted, but not adopted, by the Tualatin City Council in June 2005, and present a Final TCP to the Council for their adoption by April 2011. The majority of consultant work will focus on devising a public involvement strategy to solicit wide community input, preparing a market analysis, developing a refined or hybrid preferred development plan for the Town Center, making modifications to the transportation analysis and public utilities technical memoranda, and preparing a cost impact analysis. Consultant work will also include providing graphic design service support. |
