Juanita Pohl Center
The Juanita Pohl Center (formerly the Senior Center) is home to Loaves & Fishes Center, the Meals-On-Wheels People.

Heritage Center
The Heritage Center is as learning center to interpret the area's rich and colorful history, celebrate its diverse cultures, share its creative endeavors and teach about the natural environment of the Tualatin area.
The Heritage Center's current volunteer openings are:
Assistant to assist in building and maintaining a data base of folks who are interested in Tualatin history.
If you like to scan information (photos, documents) you can assist in creating a visual catalogue.
Do you have skills in creating a library catalogue of books and materials, then the Library Developer is the position for you.
We are looking for a marketing person who understands and would enjoy creating displays to promote our limited but interesting product line.
Do you enjoy meeting and greeting visitors? Would you like the opportunity to show people around the Center, answering phone, etc.; then this is a way you can get involved in the Heritage Center.

Volunteers are a Vital part of the City of Tualatin Team
As a City of Tualatin volunteer, you can take pride in knowing that you have contributed your unique talents and energy toward providing a richer quality of life for your community. Last year, nearly 1,000 volunteers served more than 42,000 hours assisting City Departments, advising the City Council, and serving on Advisory Committees and Boards.
Fill a Request Do you ever "REQUEST" books or movies from the Library? Volunteer to find the customers' requests and learn about the library.
Be Up Front! The Library depends on volunteers to assist with programs and events. This is your chance to be a part of Public Services.
Short-Term Volunteer Opportunities
We realize that not everyone can make a long-term commitment. The City of Tualatin has short-term volunteer opportunities; these projects are designed for individuals, families, or groups.
Tualatin Bicycle and Pedestrian Trail Counting Project The City of Tualatin is participating in the National Bicycle and Pedestrian Documentation Project. The information will allow the City to apply for grants to improve the paths.
