Volunteers are a Vital part of the City of Tualatin Team
As a City of Tualatin volunteer, you can take pride in knowing that you have contributed your unique talents and energy toward providing a richer quality of life for your community. Last year, nearly 1,000 volunteers served more than 42,000 hours assisting City Departments, advising the City Council, and serving on Advisory Committees and Boards.

Saturday, March 13, 9-Noon, put down some roots to protect the Hedges Creek Wetland.

Short-Term Volunteer Opportunities
We realize that not everyone can make a long-term commitment. The City of Tualatin has short-term volunteer opportunities; these projects are designed for individuals, families, or groups.
- Tree Planting - March 20 - Jurgens Park
Tree Planting March 20, 2010, Jurgens Park 9:30-Noon. Improve the shade cover and secure the banks of the Tualatin River.
- Student Volunteer Day
Need to complete volunteer service for high school or college graduation requirements? The library will host a Student Service Day Friday, March 26, 6:00-8:00 pm.
