Utility Technician II
Performs a variety of manual and semi-skilled tasks in general construction and maintenance of the City's water facilities. For example: assists in laying and joining water pipelines; installs fittings, valves, and fire hydrants; locates water an service lines, taps water main; installs and repairs water meters; opens, flushes, patches and cleans water lines, builds and cleans utility holes, catch basins, and other drainage facilities.
