Community Development Department

The Community Development Department is located in the City Offiices Building at 18876 SW Martinazzi Ave in Tualatin, OR. This department helps the corporate and private citizens of Tualatin use their property while still maintaining the character that attracts so many people to Tualatin as their home. The department also administers the Tualatin Development Code as it relates to planning, general economic activities, customer service, and facilitation. The department is comprised of two divisions that work hand-in-hand: Economic Development and Planning. These divisions further coordinate with other city and regional partners in facilitating the development process for a ll the citizens of Tualatin.
