Welcome to Tualatin's Planning Division.

Our hours of operation are:

8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

(Closed M-F from Noon to 1pm)

We are located in the City Offiices Building at 18876 SW Martinazzi Ave in Tualatin, Oregon.

The mission of the Planning Division is to serve the public in resolving issues affecting land development and the quality of life in Tualatin. Our two principle functions are long range planning and plan implementation performed administratively by planners or in conjunction with elected and appointed citizen bodies.

Tualatin's planning activities also include close coordination with Metro, the Portland Metropolitan Regional Government. Metro protects open space and parks, plans for land use and transportation, and manages garbage disposal and recycling for 1.3 million residents in three counties and 24 cities in the Portland, Oregon region.
