Engineering Division

Welcome to Tualatin's Engineering Division. Our hours of operation are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday and we are located in the City Offices building at 18876 SW Martinazzi Ave.

The Engineering Division of the Engineering & Building Department provides public facilities availability information to the Community Development Department and the public. The division also reviews plans and inspects the construction of public improvements for residential, industrial and commercial development projects.

Engineering also prepares, inspects and administers construction contracts on City and Urban Renewal Agency financed projects and prepares and maintains the water, sewer, storm drain and transportation facilities master plans.
