This project includes the replacement of the existing reservoir roof, replacement of the upper shell courses, and interior/exterior recoating of the C-1 Water Reservoir. Design was completed in January 2018 and the construction contract was completed in November 2018.
Construction Schedule:
- June 2018 – Paint and coatings removal on lower shell courses. Prime lower shell courses.
- July to September 2018 – Demolition of existing roof structure, upper shell courses, and miscellaneous appurtenances (e.g. interior and exterior ladders). Installation of new upper shell courses, roof structure, and appurtenances.
- September to November 2018 – Application of new interior and exterior coatings.
