To propose facade improvements to an existing 35,858 square-foot commercial building located in the South Lake Center property. The aesthetic improvements include increased sign bands and refreshed stucco along the north and west elevations. Brick, stucco, metal roofing, and storefront updates are proposed along the south and east elevations. No changes are proposed for the parking lot or landscaped areas.
