The Architectural Review Board (ARB) conducts public hearings, reviews plans and determines compliance with the Tualatin Development Code (TDC) for the site development, architecture, and landscaping proposed in larger multi-family residential, commercial, semi-public/institutional and industrial development projects.  This opportunity will allow you to use your professional expertise to shape the future growth of the City by reviewing and guiding major

MEETING SCHEDULE and TIME COMMITMENT​
On Wednesdays at 7:00 p.m. as needed or not less than seven (7) days, nor more than 21 following an appeal of a staff Architectural Features Decision.   Staff notifies Board members a month in advance of upcoming meetings to allow enough time for schedule accommodations.

Meetings typically last 2 hours but the time can vary depending on agenda topics.  Board members should dedicate time (2-4 hours) to reviewing packet material and asking questions of staff prior to the meeting.

As a member of the ARB, you will be required by the State to fill out and submit a Statement of Economic Interest.  A link to a sample of the form is below.
