We are pleased to announce our new Building Official, Suzanne Tyler.  Suzanne will continue to ensure that buildings in Tualatin are built and maintained safely and according to code.

Inspection requests are available through the eTrackit portal online!  To view your inspection results just log into your account.  Visit eTrakit to submit an inspection online or call the inspection line at 503.691.3040 to leave a message to schedule.

All permit application types are available online! While we are still closed to the public we are continuing to accept all Building Permit applications online. Limited staff remain available on site to answer questions as needed. You will be able to apply, pay for, upload plans and track the progress of your permits all digitally!  Schedule inspections, and print your stamped plans once approved through eTrakit.

The Building Department moved!  The new location is 10699 SW Herman Rd, Tualatin, OR 97062.  While we are still closed to the public we are continuing to accept all Building Permit applications online.  Limited staff remain available on site to answer questions as needed.

The Building Department continues to accept all Building Permit applications online while City Offices remain closed to the public. We continue to coordinate with other City divisions, including Planning and Engineering, to assist customers in the development process. Limited staff remain available on site to accept hard copy documents and to answer questions as needed.  

June 25, 2019

Earlier this month, on June 10, 2019, Council adopted Resolution No. 5450-19, A Resolution Establishing the Parks System Development Charges. These charges will become effective for all permits issued on or after July 1, 2019 and include both Residential and Non-Residential development.

New Park System Development Charges for non-residential construction will begin July 1, 2019. City Council will continue the discussion from the May 13, 2019 and May 28, 2019 Council meetings regarding the appropriate rates. More information to come.

Welcome Bryan LaVigne to the Building Division as our new Code Compliance Officer. Bryan will be coordinating with division staff to ensure that building in Tualatin continues to be performed safely and according to code.
